It is a really sunny day in Abersoch, but still very very windy which has kept many people in the shelter of the shops rather than braving the elements down here on the beach.
Its lifeboat practice night tonight so make sure you head down to the lifeboat station for 7.30pm to see the crew launch the boat on exercise. Feel free to look around the boathouse or even have a look around the lifeboat itself. The crew are always happy to answer and questions and show people around. The gift shop is open as well stocking lots of RNLI souveniers.
The Ellen McArther Trust Yacht will be visiting the bay this Saturday as part of it's round Britain voyage, to help young cancer and other disease sufferers on the road to recovery. A fleet of boats will be going out to greet the yacht including the local RNLI. It should be a spectacular sight and it will be a real privilege to meet anyone on board.
Its the Glass Butter fashion show TOMORROW!!! Its free entry at the PB from 6.30pm and the show starts at 7pm. It will be a great way to kick start your evening especailly if the weather holds out for our BBQ!
