It's a gorgeous sailing day in Abersoch today, the sun is out, the breeze is warm and the beach is packed! Topper Nationals have started this week in Pwllheli as hundreds of
sailors have descended on the area to race all this week, it looks like the
weather will be improving by the day for them.
Our photo competition is catching on with plenty of beach goers trying to outdo each other for the photo of the week goody bag!
Regatta week continues this week with plenty of events for you and your family to get involved with. The Open Golf competition is taking place at Abersoch Golf Club today. The raft races commences on Thursday at 6.45pm from the Main Beach below the yacht club, the compeitition is looking fierce this year!
The Sandcastle competition takes place on the Main Beach by the golf slipway at 2.30pm on Friday, followed by the regatta and best dressed beach hut competition on Saturday.
It's a great week to be out and about enjoying yourself on the beach so keep an eye out for our photographer and you may be snapped for the daily photos!
