The beach is really busy today, although it is cloudy the rain has held off and it has stayed quite warm with glipmses of sunshine now and agin.
The lifeboat launched at 2.40pm today to a catamaran which had lost its rudder by the islands. The water is very busy today and the air ambulance has been over the beach twice. Landing twice on the main beach this week to assist in some very serisous incidents.
Don't forget we will be holding a fashion show on friday in aid of the air ambulance at the PB in Abersoch. It is free entry from 6.30pm and there will be a BBQ and a raffle as well as some great live music!

After a very grim start the the day with alot of wind and rain it has brightened up here at the beach, however it is still very windy and feels more like a nice winters day than an august afternoon!
The windsurfers are again making the most of the conditions and there have been a multitude of people taking to the water not only to windsurf but also in the RS's for some dinghy racing this weekend!
There is loads going on in the village this weekend, The Harbour will be holding best night in town tonight with "Misadventures" involving some great live music and an awesome atmosphere.
