Goslings and the Dining Room have got a fantastic dinner, bed and breakfast offer between 1st December and 31st January (excluding Christmas and New Year) They are offering one night's dinner, bed and breakfast for £95 for 2 people sharing a double or twin room. The offer includes a three course dinner. overnight accomodation and a full breakfast. They also have special rates available on accomodation for Christmas Party nights.

Plas Bodegroes has been awarded the prestigious Visit Wales Gold Award for accomodation for the fifth year running. The Gold Award aims to reward outstanding quality, exceptional comfort and hospitality in the service sector in Wales. The award caps a great year for Plas Bodegroes - in the spring head chef, Aled Williams, starred in the BBC2 competition The Great British Menu. Aled won the Wales heat by beating two Michelin starred chefs from South Wales. The restaurant with rooms has enjoyed a record season, flying in the face of the economic downturn. The business has been run for the past 24 years by husband and wife team Chris and Gunna Chown and over the years has won just about every award available to caterers in Britain. Chris said "We are delighed with the award .. to stay at the top of the business after such a long time you have to keep redeveloping and investing in your business. When we close for the winter on November 28th we will be creating a new suite on the top floor, and installing fabulous new bathrooms in time for our reopening in March."
