FARMERS MARKET AND CLASSIC CAR EVENT ON SATURDAY 5TH JUNE

Glasfryn Parc is delighted to be hosting regular Farmer’s Markets and welcoming a wide selection of local producers to the monthly markets.  These are taking place on the first Saturday of each month. The next market is on Saturday 5th June from 10am – 3pm. There will be over twenty local producers selling a wide range of fresh products including farm-fresh meat, paté, chutneys, preserves, cheese ice-cream, confectionary, freshly baked cakes and loads more. There are a number of eating places in the village that support local producers including Oriel Fach on the High Street. There will also be a selection of craft stalls including handmade herbal products, slate crafts and greeting cards. A full list of producers is on www.glasfryn.co.uk

On the 5th June, Glasfryn Parc will also be welcoming the 130 classic cars taking part in the Three Castles Welsh Classic Trial. Each of these classic beauties, including Bentleys, Porsches, Morgans and Healeys dating from the 1920's, will take a turn on the go-kart track for a timed trial between 10am – 1.30pm. (Unfortunately there will be no go-karting from 10am – 1.30pm on 5th June.
This is a fantastic opportunity for visitors to the Parc to see these spectacular cars at such close quarters and talk to the owners, drivers and event organisers. For more information on the Three Castles Classic Welsh Classic Trial, please visit

“The last two farmer’s markets have been a great success and we hope that people will make it a permanent fixture in their calendars to visit the monthly market.  I’m delighted that the participants in the Three Castles Rally will also be at Glasfryn on 5th June – should be a very special day and great fun for our visitors.  It’s always good to offer something different which is why we will also be opening a wakeboard cable tow system this summer.” Commented Jonathan Williams-Ellis, Owner of Glasfryn Parc.
There's plenty of free parking at Glasfryn Parc and as well as go karting (in the afternoon), quad bike trekking, archery, ten pin bowling and the soft play centre, there is also an on-site café, a separate dining room and toilet facilities (including baby changing and toilets for the disabled).  For more information, telephone 01766 810202; email:
